It's totally normal to feel sad sometimes, we are here for you though!!! Remember, depression comes from living in the past and anxiety comes from living in the future. Live in the present, practice mindfulness techniques. ❤️🩹
It's okay to feel sad; just acknowledging it is a great start. I find it helpful to be aware of those feelings and then sort of learn from it. Tomorrow will be better

I went outside today and listened to the birds chirping touched flowers smelled the fresh air. It helped me
Sometimes you just have to feel it and go through it. Feelings always pass. I heard this from someone in rehab and it is one of the things I remember always
