I'm grateful that I have the ability to help others. My roommate's been struggling with this health and has been bedridden for the past few weeks. I work from home so I've been able to be here to help him out. Get a meals, do his laundry and clean up around the place. I'm grateful I have the ability to do that and help others!

Yes! It feels so good to be a helpful person! Yesterday my son moved back to campus for fall semester. I was able to help him prepare, organize, pack, etc. I’m so grateful bc in active addiction and even the 1st several months of recovery I was so nonfunctional. I was starting to think I’d fried my brain forever bc basic daily adulting was overwhelming. Being of service is a huge blessing to us and those we serve

It's like they say: if you want your self-respect back, do respectable things. Nice job, Brad.
