Lists and schedules are a big part of my sobriety. It keeps me on track, focused, accountable and motivated.

Same here! I never use to schedule/write things down now I make checklist for everything. Every day I have a checklist and it feels so good to mark things off as I do them. And if I didn't schedule things I would miss so many things.

I am exactly the same way . I crave that structure in my life . Thank good for work if I didn’t have it I feel I could end up in a dark place real quick

I could use more discipline in this kind of thing. I am just starting to come to the conclusion that I have always had ADHD
