Be positive.

There is a hope.

Don’t let it. I’m the worst at this so I should be eating my own words but it’s not worth it. Think of, if anything, how much money you’ll save on whatever you want done, hair nails whatever. Or just think of your liver and whatever long life you want to have. You are so beautiful. Don’t let that demon on your shoulder win.

Vitamin D… I have to take them all winter. It helps a little at least.

Thanks for this

I found mine was much worse while drinking. Now I can identify it and name it and work to make it better. I use light therapy more vitamins and therapy help a lot.

Thanks! I appreciate this

Forcing myself to exercise and eat right are the only ways I make it through winter. No processed food, hardly any sugar, low carb, lots of meat. It helps.

Try Red Light Therapy. Research it. I purchased a cheap red light for my room. I think it has to be 660nm/800. I read about it anyplace I could even tic tock. It also helps with pain. I can confirm that because I used it for pain in my back and it worked! Hope this helps.

The fact that you can identify it is huge! Try just for a half hour, let the sun shine on you and sit breathing…quiet the noise and remember your strength at your core. You can do it!

Thank you for your words of encouragement :relaxed:

Hope you don’t use it as an excuse to use. Keep hanging in there. No excuses anymore.

If you need someone to vent to I’m here and send a message. Sometimes we just need to vent and take a detour from our thoughts . Xoxo
