Second benzo withdrawal and I hope the very last. I will forever loath the MD who so recklessly renewed my prescription and never warned me about the risks.
Such a brutal withdrawl, I've been there. Fight the battle and never take one again. Humans lived for most of time without them. Life is so much better without being chained to them. Good luck!

Thanks. I totally underestimated them. Even ONE has such a severe effect. This second round was due to stress from losing loved ones to Covid. I have however made process in my coping mechanisms!
