It's an AA club here in Cleveland. They have regular AA meetings and also an Agnostic AA meeting.

Came to mention SMART. Its based on CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy). I use an amalgamation of SMART, AA and Refuge Recovery, but am doing step work AA style.

One meeting… is that really trying AA I think it’s just a snapshot at one moment. It takes a comittment (to your true self, and it’s a process not a fix from outside of oneself.) But it’s not the only way. People get and stay sober many ways! You are worth it I one thing I know for sure!

Tony I’ve Definitely been to more than 1 meeting. I was speaking of a specific day and meeting not AA.
