Im grateful today for NA
A while ago during a therapy session I found out and it is scientifically proven that the human brain absorbs more in gratitude from watching others. Be grateful. For example, watching a video of someone helping a homeless person or an elderly person or a child. You know when the heartwarming awe videos your brain can take more gratitude from that than making a list of things you're grateful for and I use na in that way I listened to the people who have great things going on who have days, months, weeks, years clean and I received so much gratitude from that. I can't go a day without it anymore. Even the people who are struggling and have burning desires. I get gratitude from them because I know I'm not alone when I have them
