Seems days get longer and things don’t change as fast as I’d like. People don’t wanna let me make I find! They treat me as if I haven’t grown or changed about and that hurts. Don’t know know if I’ll ever get past my literal past! Just what’s on my mind today..

Yes I have a sponsor and am working on 4th step which makes me understand more of peoples feelings but enough is enough I can’t change anything except my behavior going forward.

Just keep working your program. Concentrate on getting better. As your friends and family see consistency in your words and actions, they will come around. Maybe not everyone, but the ones that do start to see you growing as a sober person will start believing you. It takes time...
