It's been a long road for me, I was, in my humble opinion, misdiagnosed by local mental health, stuck in a pre-determined and pre-labeled cookie cutter "box", and now some health problems from the misprescribed medication. My family doctor even claimed not to know what Dual Diagnosis was! 
Learn to know yourself and trust yourself again, because nobody knows 'you' like 'you'. A medical degree really doesn't address the problems of substance abuse. And it's Suicide Prevention Month, so let's keep an eye on our friends
