Self worth is hard for me st tjis time of year when it seems like everyone has someone…. What’s wrong with me? What am I doing wrong?

Just lean on your Higher Power. There is nothing wrong with you. I get the same way. You just have to remember these are feelings and feelings can be deceiving. I love you and am proud of you. You got it out in a place where we all know where you are coming from in 1 way or the other

Hello Connnie.
I don't believe it has to do with there.Being anything wrong with you or I per se! Dating in sobriety can be challenging. Dating at this age can also have uts challenges. You made it through the holidays. Single and often feeling alone but we both know better. We got this!

We’re here for you, Connie. 14 years sober. Cold turkey. That’s what worked for me. Other processes work for other people. No one thing is tried and true. Keep working at it and know you have a support network here. Check out support networks where you live. Good on you for doing what you can do! :relaxed::100:
