The hardest thing in life is finding our worth. Not to others but to ourselves. We must learn that no matter what we see at the moment our worth, and thus worthiness, does not change based on our emotions. What are some ways you have learned how to properly value yourself?
Seeing my gifts/abilities... the things I'm inherently good at: art, organization, my job, caring for others, etc.
But knowing this isn't always enough. Believing I bring value is the key.

I don't know how I properly value myself. I'll need to think about.
Bro! This is so true! I practice my worth telling myself I'm worth more. Now, I believe it. When people compliment me or tell me "you're selling yourself short" I believe them instead of thinking "they're just being nice."
brilliantly said! i’ve stopped allowing anyone and everyone shiny to fully enter my life to a degree that causes me difficulty. i have been going out into the world a lot more, spending a ton of time and energy on my life’s work for the sake of feeling joyful about it, asking for help when i need it, physically caring for my body and most of all, NOT allowing my addiction to control me anymore. addiction is no match for our loving presence in our own lives. not even close!

This is one thing I’m still struggling with even after 2 1/2 years.
I struggle with it as well
Wow Samantha .said it for me .being out there to help people.gives me worth.making me better for everyone.
