I was informed a few days ago, that one of my friends went back out from Pennsylvania became brain dead, and passed away just days later and I’m only saying that do not believe the lie that it will be different this time and you can do this again because a lot of us will not make it back for another recovery just a little bit of food for thought

This time I have a fear of relapsing and not being able to have another chance at sobriety. I've never had that fear before.
That’s why it’s very imperative that we do and follow the suggestion that are given us to save our own life You know when you jump out of an airplane with a parachute they suggest that you pull the cord that opens the parachute so there are certain have to in recovery if you don’t want to die from this disease
