Nicole what’s going on?

Breathe! Think of what will happen if you drink. You're stronger than your fears. Stronger than your triggers. Stronger than your urges!!

Don't give up Nicole, it's worth more than you know right now to move past the fear

I know the feeling, but I truly do promise that things get better. With mental health support, medication (there’s one I forget the name of that takes away a lot of the alcohol cravings) the recovery community and local meetings.. there’s a lot of people who want to help you succeed in breaking free from the chains addiction puts on us

Go to a rehab, detox or hospital to help you! Don’t drink

Remind yourself what the booze has done. It's taken away your spark, your fight for life! There's the glimmer of hope from seeing you reach out, though. That hope resides inside you, begging for the change. Your inner child is praying you put the bottle down and see her. She is longing to be in touch with you. Think of her. Be strong for her! Because she is you and you staying strong gives her the hero she's always wanted to be. Put on that cape and push through for little you. Take on this world and eff the system that tries to keep us stuck.

Nicole, I hear how heavy this is feeling for you right now. Detox is brutal, and it can make tomorrow look impossible.Tomorrow might feel unmanageable but you are acknowledging it and that’s commendable. One step, one moment, one breath at a time is enough. Please reach for whatever support feels safe — Jim mentioned medication that helps with cravings for alcohol, maybe that might help. Do you have a good support system? I’ve been where you are and I know how hard it is
