Well, everything fell through! I have seven days till I’m officially homeless….. again……and I’m back to day one! This is causing me the desire to just give up……I’m tired……

I feel your pain and despire. There is no other loneliness that compairs to not having a place to go.. I was walking the streets the other night and stopped by this church . There was a couple of people there in the parking lot and I asked if I could use a piece of their lawn to pitch a tent for the night and was told I couldn't. I'm like life seemed so much easier when I was using. I stayed strong prase God.
I wish I was able to give you shelter. When I first quit I started hiking on the A.T. until an injury forced me off the trail. The devil really throws some heat when you're trying to do better. Pray often and stay strong. When I heal up you're welcome to join me on the trail. Its the most important can offer

@tara356081 question for you. Where are you at with the higher power thing? Is your version "To Whom It May Concern" , God, Satan, Doorknob, Universe? I'm just asking a question in an effort to point you in the right direction.

I believe that everything and everybody makes up God. I believe in energy and the universe. That we are all connected if you will. Right now, I’m feeling a bit disconnected.

Hi. Raise your hand in a meeting, idk what city you live in, but most Alana clubs have resources for housing. I would have been homeless 7 days ago, if it weren't for the resources they connected me to. Please know, you're not alone and please don't give up🙏

Surrender to your sober program. I had to lose everything before I surrendered to the winning side. Ever since I did, life got better and easier. Most of us had to be severely beaten into submission, but it’s really our choice to decide when enough is enough.
