Last weekend I was invited to celebrate a friends 1 year celebration being clean and sober. Twenty of us went axe throwing. I saw people I hadn’t seen in months and also met people I’ve befriended on zoom. Afterwards we went to a Christmas potluck where I also saw some friends I hadn’t seen in awhile 
I was so spiritually lifted from those events and I just wanted to share. I’ve heard that the opposite of addiction is connection and I believe that to be true. Thanks for listening and if you have opportunity to make new connections or revisit some old ones please take every one and cherish them

That’s a beautiful story Tina! I agree with that statement about addiction is the opposite of connection. Connection just doesn’t happen. It takes action, and you did just that. Thanks for sharing
