I am grateful for the depth of life thot sobriety is allowing me to feel and in remembering the good things. I tried really hard not to feel things for s long time. This is better :slight_smile:

Jennifer thats really speacial. That's the one thing I pray I get back. I only talk to my amazing Dad. I have my custody hearing June 9 can't wait for split custody.

I did same, tried to forget my combat tours, that turned out terrible. I like the sober me way better. Especially after I figured out how to still stay social. Only problem is my bowling game has suffered.

Sorry about your bowling game! I can really relate…I used to be so great with a witty snarky comeback, and on top of that - I was the BEST dancer.:)!!! Sadly, not anymore….:frowning:

I’m grateful for freedom and safety! Grateful I can enjoy life and not chase a sack and hustle every day. Grateful to have my family back in my life and that my son and I have a nice, clean, safe home with electric that’s not getting shut off every other month! and no one has pointed a gun at me in over 18 months or robbed me or hurt me and we are free and safe and living for God! Serenity is what I’m most grateful for :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::pray:

Yes totally grateful for fishing! I miss it, I was just thinking about going this morning when I went to the store actually lol but the rivers are all way up and fast in my area right now. One day at a time, I try not to get too cocky! When we think we got it beat that’s when it bites us in the behind lol
