I’m grateful for another day 1. I’ve had many since admitting I have a problem. I’m grateful for this one because each time I am more aware of how much drinking is not who I am.

I went to a restaurant and sat at the bar with friends…ordered some fries and a ginger ale and was good

Went for a walk and saw fire flies. I haven’t seen them in years. I’m thankful that I was sober and on a walk. They probably have always been out here, I just wasn’t seeing them.
That's actually really cool. I used to love them as a kid. There just disappearing.
