Since Wednesday (day 3) I have been in the woods North of my home city, teaching chainsaw skills at an all female retreat introducing women to 'outdoor adventure skills'. Today, is my 7th day alcohol free. All day long, I have been surrounded by butterflies. They were even landing on me!
Signals of change and rebirth from the universe! 
That's amazing, I wish I could have gotten in on your class! A few days ago, while walking my dog through the park, I came up on hundreds of beautiful dragonflies... nothing like I had ever seen. I wondered if I would have even noticed it in my previous state. Sobriety brings so much joy
