Find a hobby or two to enjoy daily / or almost daily during which you are not thinking about recovery

Dont go home alone. Have someone with you that you trust so you can remove stuff that might trigger you or for using/drinking.

That’s a really good idea man, didn’t really even think of that

This is a fake profile, and her fake name keeps changing

Neolle (misspelled) McKnight is a scamming pile of human garbage, don't fall for his nonsense.

I'd recommend what I've seen work for so many, dive into a 12 step program of action. Hit a meeting your first day out and talk about your experience, then surround yourself with sober supporters. Prayer was essential and still is essential to my recovery. It's the only thing I've found which removes the mental obsession. I am praying for you brother! :pray:t2:

Yea, the comments started as Dan or something like that but notification said neolle. I’m in early recovery aka broke broke. Probably the last person someone should try to be scamming :joy:

Yeah, Id just be repeating what others have already said. Dodging scammers isnt a hobby though, in case you were wondering. Having someone go with you is great advice.
