Six days clean. This is rough.

I know it’s hard to believe but it does get better. One day you will wake up and the desire to use will be gone.

6 days for me too and just guilt and horrible memories flooding my brain. I can't wait to get to that point where I'm laughing at myself at the stupid things i did while i was intoxicated.

yes!! I was doing some stupid stuff. I am ashamed but I'm owning up to my mistakes and I'm sure we will laugh about them in the future. Stay strong. Keep me updated if you like.
