Sixteen months without seeing my 13 and 8 year old boys. I got a clean record, no complaints filed by the ex-wife from when I was having my visits, no pfa, nothin. Just had a Judge that obviously had something against Alcoholics and Addicts. Now I continuously deal with being berated by her police officer boyfriend when I have my phone calls with my kids. And there's nothing I can do about it. I don't like being helpless but I am. I'm accountable and accepting of my past wrongs when we were still a family and the kids have forgiven me so why can't she? Am I missing something? I guess she just hasn't gotten past the resentment towards me yet.
