time it allowed me to research certification pathways for my next career steps. I am grateful for ChatGPT and how it transformed my thoughts into eloquently stated requests needed for letters of recommendation. I am grateful for my neighbor, Ms. ANNE. She is a hoot and always brings laughter to my life! Her little dog, Suzy, was a holy terror yesterday as she zoomed around the house trying to entice Lil Man to play. He, of course, would have none of her antics. He appreciated his trip to Arby's for chicken tenders and the visit to see Ms. Anne. I appreciate and am grateful for her love of Lil Man. He is grateful for the doggie treats she always gives him.
I am grateful for today. I am grateful for Lossid and the friends here. The daily Sober Tips and meditations are so helpful.
I am grateful for my best friend and our morning chats. I also appreciate her funny reels she finds and shares with me throughout the day.
I am grateful for my sobriety! 2 days away from 2 years! Beyond grateful for my decision everyday in being sober!
Lil Man successfully moved the favored bed, again. Lucy cared less last night than ever before...and now has taken to coming to me to get up on the bed, bypassing him and his nastiness.
I am grateful to have today to work on the Peer Support certification course and study some of the NAMI literature. I am so, so, so grateful to be gettin' my hair did this afternoon.
Please keep my supervisor in your thoughts. She is struggling with having to absorb my 70 clients or figure out which of two therapists to assign them to....and figure out if our 5th therapist is going to resign...then reassign his 23 clients. She has her own case load plus leadership duties. I know these recent concerns are taking a toll on her mind, body, and spirit. She worked 13 hours yesterday and is still 6 reports/documentation pieces behind.
Sober. Strong. Grateful!!!
