I spent years battling insomnia. The only thing that would put me out was Ambien but I was always afraid I’d get up and do something. Finally I found a muscle relaxer tizanidine. Massive insomniac here, with a grave yard shift kicker! trazodone is the only thing that works for me.
I get it!! I bought some 10 mg melatonin at Costco. The outer layers look like immediate release & the inner layer looks like a longer release. It works well!
