Sleep hygiene

The past couple nights I finally got a good nights rest. I had to be taken off my sleep meds because they were making my tired all day long, and off course I didn’t sleep right until my body adjusted. Often exercise helps. Plus exercise has a bunch of other added benefits. Endorphins, dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine and all kinds of feel good chemicals. And note that a am waking up again from my malaise I might be headed back to the gym soon, can’t wait.
