Good morning Loosid Family !
Today you should believe in yourself even if it’s just a small amount of victory think of something that is a win for you today. Sleep is very important for our daily recovery. Be sure that you are working on getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep so that you’re fully rested and your body can perform for your daily duties every day. When I was in active addiction, sleep was brought on by booze to help me drift off into some black out state of being. Now I can comfortably relax myself take some deep breaths hug my stuffies, and go to sleep comfortably. Last night I achieved eight hours of sleep. As someone who has struggled with sleep all my life due to high anxiety , worrying and depression, this is HUGE! What’s your victory for today ?

Everything? Magnesium gummies, and sleep scripture? Stuffies? Deep breaths / meditation ?
Love to hear this! Any extra tips you do? I know many here have trouble sleeping still
Also working out vigorously tires me out. Reading can also put you to sleep! Sleep meditation/ sleep music instrumental. Deep breathing, and no one is ever too old for a weighted blanket and / or a stuffed animal.
Chrissy … if you add me as a friend, I can share more with you about this study.
