Sleeping is still so hard!

Not being able to sleep doesn’t make me spiral like it did a few months ago, but it’s still frustrating.

(I am not asking for sleep advice. I promise you I have tried it all already. I just need to vent.)

If you also can’t sleep for sh*t, even in sobriety, let’s be friends. I could use someone to talk to at 3am when everyone else I know is asleep. :joy:
