Sleep as much as you can those early days. I always used to say that I detoxed well because I’d just sleep through them. It’s a blessing!

That’s normal. Your body and mind need to heal. Just be careful to not fall into a pattern of isolation. Stay hydrated, and eat! Your body will let you know what it needs. If sleep is that thing now do it. Congrats on the 3 days man! That is outstanding!

In the early days of my sobriety, I’d have dreams that I had been drinking n would wake up terrified ! That actually gave me hope in a funny way cuz I realized I really wanted to stay sober this time !!!

I do everything I am supposed to but besides texting ppl I have been in isolation for a very long time

It’s all good. My dreams were bizarre & intense. It all gets easier w time and acceptance

Bro go to meetings and talk. Being alone in early days sucks! Too much thinking. Stay close to sober guys, make some sober bros

Way to go!! Totally normal. Often times mine were drinking dreams and seemed SO real. Still having those now and again. You can do this These few days are a HUGE DEAL!!!!! KEEP ON KEEPIN ON! And yes, hydrate (even popsicles), eat if you can and rest!! Every minute of every day will get a little better. Promise!!!!!

Make even more friends in the program. Where there is a will there is always a way. Stay positive, actively find the positive in everything! Even when a situation is seemingly bad.
Example: I lost all my business & all my money, was broke for years. If I didn’t lose everything I wouldn’t have been able to get sober and would have hurt my loved ones more and died.
