Slowing down

I genuinely had a good day time and it had felt so long since the last time I smiled like truly just felt happy and not anxious inside. I went thrifting and stopped by a couple stores. One of them was pretty busy and packed full of people. At first, I wanted to just immediately run out but I know the more you expose yourself to stuff that makes you uncomfortable the easier it will get. Exposure therapy can be beneficial! It felt greasy leaving cos I found 2 awesome pieces I can add to my collection. ⊂((≧⊥≦))⊃
Be patient with yourself. No everything will go smooth but your smart and you’ll get thru it. It will all work out you’ll get there when you get there. Daily affirmations is another valuable tool. I like to put up cute sticky notes near my mirror that tell myself nice affirming words! It’s a fantastic way to start your day off and to use throughout the day if you find your self getting aggravated. Sometimes when Im driving I’ll get annoyed by traffic and I just calmly remind myself that you will get there when you get there, stay safe, and relax. It will all work out ! It’s okay to be easy on yourself. Self love is the first priority! I send out love for all Loosid community. We deserve sobriety, no judgement and kindness!
