Today was a good day, I did have some anxiety today but I was able to get through the day without drinking. I have been sober for 16 days and will continue to fight and walk this path not only for myself but also for my daughter.

Congratulations.. I’m sober one day at a time.. just give it to God and He will give you the strength.. I’m not saying you won have bad days or no anxiety but it’s easier to deal with sober.. God bless
