How does one stop smoking

Just gotta get past that first couple day bump. Gets easier. Stay busy. Replace it with positive habits/less harmful like maybe some sweets. Iβd suggest running,cleaning,meditation when cravings come. They will be u comfortable but they will pass. Sitting with it isnβt the best. Compared to sitting with emotions
Realizing that the only thing smoking does is remove the uneasy feeling that nicotine leaving the body causes, so that it's a trap that only brings you down. Nicotine is 97% gone in eight hours, and completely gone in 3 days. Make the decision to be free since there is absolutely no benefit to smoking. I'm using the easyway method and feeling great about it.
