So again my mental health is more mental then health

So again my mental health is more mental then health I just cant find a happy medium I'm hoping someone has a solution that could help besides jounaling as I do that daily,anyone please

God, there are so many things. Mental health is tricky. Counseling, eating well and regularly, managing sleep well,and taking medication if prescribed to you. Outside of that, 2 big tips that I got from counseling were 1. Get out of the house twice a week for something other than work, chores etc. That was suggested to me during a bad post of divorce depression. 2. I have a problem with living in chaos as a lot of us do. So the anecdote to that was to plan and do something fun weekly. Start out at once a week and work your way up. The point is to plan to do good for yourself daily. Breaking the chaos cycle was a game changer.
