So back to day 1 of being sober cause I relapsed on the 19 due to losing my baby brother so please pray that i get back on track to sobriety once again

Oh man, Stephanie! That’s a tough one. :pray: Can you get a sponsor or find other ladies in the program to bounce your sorrows off of?
Or someone else that you can trust?
Please talk about this as much as possible. A problem talked about is a problem cut in half, until it gets down to hardly anything.
