I dont even have words for how i feel..betrayed at best. And hurt. This isnt fair. I hate it .

Someone close to me, they hurt me..wasn't expecting that to happen.

I know that sometimes even asking for help doesn't allow us to find what we need. But what really helped me was listening to motivational you tube videos. Specifically ALAN WATTS. Check him out and let me know. Just put whatevers bothering you and add Alan Watts or motivational. For example "betrayal motivational" you'd be surprised how some of the content can really feel like it was made just for you.

Its hard to understand why we don't see hurt coming, worse is trying to cope by ourselves. Thats when we are wrong, because there is others going through the same or already been there. We must try to remember to grab our phone because others are there to listen help and support. Grab the phone not the bottles or other things that poison us
