THANK GOODNESS yesterday was just a rough day and night… I cried it out and journaled my thoughts and feelings and I made it through and am proudly still grateful & clean & sober today another day Amen! Because I realized how blessed I am to of made it through all I have and to of Accomplished every single day one goal at a time,
And then I rationalized with myself that one use again would only start a storm….
And if I just remained calm and focused on the greater things about being clean & sober….
That I could still move forward with my precious sobriety date of: 02/02/2019 4 years & 9 months & 10 days Amen!! Every day counts and is truly a blessing through the good times and the bad times. Good night my sobriety friends!!!

Today was f***in hard! I love the fact that we know we need to calm down because we can make things bigger than what they really are but sometimes the emotions just take over you. We can have all the sources in the world but that moment can either make you or break you. Luckily today I survived it and I'm grateful for another sober day but I can't seem to control it lately.
