So how does a person go about quitting drugs and having his wife leave him and have a no contact order policy in place? I have been sober for 108 days, but i am having some major issues with depression, anxiety, and rejection. What do i do? Please help.
Kris, I’m sorry you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, and rejection. It will subside with time, and the work you put in. I know because I was there, although not fully out of it. Do what the program suggests and things will get better.
I would see a doctor or an addictions counsellor.
