So I had a 6mg nicotine pouch under my upper lip and had the most vivid nightmare and I was screaming in my sleep to where I woke myself up. My heart is still pounding. I dreamt a black bear was trying to get through the door and I lost it. I even ran to the fridge to see if the turkey :turkey: was still there. Wow I’ll never fall asleep with a nicotine pouch in my jaw ever again. Lol dayum that was one weird dream. Happy Thanksgiving all!

I fall asleep with a pouch in my lip all the time but I do the 2 mg and no nightmares. Maybe lower the dose
