So I had a rough day today. I passed kidney stones today. I’m in so much pain right now. I was tempted to walk to get high to relieve the pain. As I walked back from the train station I went and bought a coffee and a donut instead. Moral of the story I did not use no matter how much pain I’m in. I reached out to my sober friends.
