I feel you. Had almost 18 months which is the longest I’ve ever gone in 30 years of drinking. I relapsed over a week ago drinking wine and vodka and it’s not even making me happy. Back on the saddle, I’m committed to starting over
Starting today!

Hello Tracey. You fell off the bus just get back on and start over. It’s going to be a little difficult to do but you can do this. I hope everything goes well and you stay safe and sober

Great athlete is less determined by getting knocked down than they get back up. You did it for three and a half years Tracy, he did it before you'll do it again!. Your higher power, support system, Program(s) and/or our intuition/knowledge/wisdom. The corrrction or lack of will determine how you perceive that relapse 5 yrs from now. Make sure we learned our lessons and we move forward, carry on smartly!

I'm not sure what triggered my relapse there wasn't one specific thing I definitely wasn't working my program the way that I was supposed to so I guess that was the majority of it so now I'm really concentrating on living on the day and avoiding isolation isolation is a very very big problem for me

I hear you. I do zoom meetings. some don't do meetings at all I do I person as well, but being disabled I struggle socially, so in person meetings ate a great way to kill 2 birds so to speak.
