I believe this app is great for some moral support. It's a way for us to express our experience, strength, and hope, but I don't believe it is by any means a solution to our drinking problem.

A sober horse thief.

Drinking was but a symptom of our problem. We have to get down to causes and conditions.

The 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous transformed my life, and the obsession to drink was removed.

I don’t get on here often depending on how busy I am, but it is a great community. Just posting something when you are struggling can make a difference and I like to welcome newcomers or give a word of encouragement when someone is struggling. I also use the sobriety tracker to help keep me motivated and accountable.
