So I have to learn how to handle being the sober person around those who have no idea what I've gone through an don't really want them in my business.
Went to my cousins, cousins (her family older people at that) house. Everything was good then at the end the man of the house started pushing Desserts on me I ate one then he asked if I wanted other ones he was not taking no for answer so made me plate to go. Asked if I wanted rum cake as well. The words no im sober where at the tip of my tongue but because I did not want his wife ( she likes to Gossip) or anyone else in my business I said sure. Once we got outside I told my cousin we are gonna have to toss it.
Use to be one of my favorites for the holidays but I feel like even though its cooked in it that still counts. I have to start being more secure in my sobriety but some people I really just don't want in my business.
