So. I know i drink way too much. But on the days i try not to drink, i shake and feel bad. What works for this

Hi. So to me it sounds like you would really benefit from rehab maybe even outpatient rehab I did in intensive outpatient treatment and I’ve been sober for almost 3 years. Are you able to call your health insurance company to see if they can point you in the right direction?

Hospital level detox. They will give you Ativan and Librium to help correct any withdrawal tremors or seizure possibilities they will also connect you with an aoda specialist to help direct you towards inpatient or outpatient stays this is the best route to go

You definitely need a detox and long term treatment inpatient, outpatient, or combination of both. I know it sounds scary and you would rather not but you will be happy you did. I just got out of an intensive inpatient treatment now I am in a semi inpatient program
