So I’m on a layover for 3 1/2 hours

So I’m on a layover for 3 1/2 hours in Denver airport inside the United Club where they have free drinks .. And my cravings are high right now🤦🏻‍♀️. I travel a lot and airports is where I would love to drink

Ugh, maybe go somewhere else inside the airport and wait? Remove the temptation...

Only 3 more hours to go… hang in there. If you need to hop on a meeting there’s a bunch you can find here Browse the Directory of Online Meetings | Online Intergroup of Alcoholics Anonymous

Go to an airport phone and have Bill W. paged at your gate.
Guarantee someone in AA will meet you there.

Amazing to have 129 days. Whether 1 day or 1,000 you’re a miracle. Stay encouraged. Stay connected. These are the moments that make you stronger.

I used to love a drink when I travel. Now I make sure to wear my walking shoes. If I have cravings I just walk some laps in the airport. A little easy exercise and no regrets.

Go to a gift shop and read the magazines, or pick up a good book.
Go for a brisk walk around the airport!

Yay! Good job....one hour at a time, even its a minute at a time...

Keep strong, and don't think about it

Yep how awesome huh.... I heard while I was in my program... although I never remember the name :man_shrugging:

Seriously????

That’s a tough one! Just remember that you are stronger than that and what will happen if you have to start all over again, so much to lose.

Seriously what? That you can always page Bill W., or airports are filled with people in AA?

That we can page Bill W. At airports. Never knew

You can. Use a white courtesy phone
