So I went to my first rehab appointment and was honest and I’m honestly worried because I know it will be hard and I’ll have to stop what I’m doing. But I’m so thankful and blessed to have all you lovely and amazing people in my life. Yes you guys are older than me but it feels like I have guidance from safe adults and I’ve never experienced that before. So thank you so much for the care, love and support and not being judge mental! You all mean so much to me so thank you all, I love you all and stay strong lovelies! You guys are so worthy.
That’s awesome! It will be hard, changing your life is bound to be hard, but it is totally worth it. Keep up the honesty and you will go far.
You’re never going to regret being honest. Keep that up. Also nothing that is good for you comes easy so hang in there. Do the work. You’re worth it

Be proud of yourself for taking the first step because it isn’t easy!
You can do this. You are never alone. You can turn tragedy into triumph one day at a time. Reach out any time you need to. My inbox is always open for you.
Some of the hardest discussions I’ve made have been the most rewarding..
“Scary but rewarding.”
You got this. I have faith in you.
I remember my first visit to rehab..the doctor was playing the antagonist role. I was already in the midst of withdrawals and hurting, and he was making it worse. I wanted to punch him. By the time I was clean for a little while, he was the doc I looked forward to seeing the most. It's a process. For me, not a straight road. It was long and curvy with many sudden veers off the road. That's why one day at a time is so important. If you stick to it and follow the program, before you know it, you have weeks of one day at a time to string together. You can do this. We are here for you! We have all been through this in one way, shape, or form. What a great way to start your new year!
