So I will have 10 month’s in a couple of days. Longest I have had since I picked up a 15 year chip in 2005.. I still am not back to the program of AA. It’s been crossing my mind more and more !! I owe AA so much, it saved my life. I really enjoy all the service work and sponsoring people. I could tell you why I am struggling going back but that’s for another share !! Keep it simple, stay strong all one day at a time !! God Bless !!

If it keeps crossing your maybe you should listen and go? If you had a bad experience at one meeting, its not unknown, go to a different meeting.

I am sure there are people at AA who could benefit from having your experience in the room. 15yrs is a long time, so you clearly know something that many of us don't.

As you know David, whatever is causing you struggles won't go away if you use/drink. It can only get worse that way. Stay strong brother. I'm back to going to meetings and have enjoyed them.

Sounds like you could only gain by returning to A.A.
