Light walks and small exercises are great whit rest and eats lots of protein as you can it well suck to get moving at first but you will be very happy you did after word

I agree with everybody with whatever everybody is saying I also think that for me, chewing gum is also very soothing. I also like chewing gum because it activates salivary glands which produces more saliva to kill bacteria amongst your teeth, and chewing gum, is also a great regulating activity.
