So in 4 days I will finally be home from rehab y is it the closer i get the more aggravated I get I’m like so over this place but I know this is the most vital time in my recovery but it’s just a little difficult

I wasn’t even allowed my phone in rehab.

Yeah we get our phones 130-10pm n on weekends we have them and have too return them on Sunday night we can have them for 1 hour in the morning b4 breakfast but during groups we can’t have them

I see. That’s not bad! But remember, get a new phone number when you get out & delete old “contacts” I think that helps. :heart: it helped my son for a while.

I think it is nerve racking because you are headed back into society. You come from a place that is so structured in so many ways. Now it is your turn to structure yourself, it is a bit of a heavy feeling. 2 months is amazing. Just remind yourself of that! Use the resources possible to you, and find a bunch of new productive hobbies ^.^

Yes people places and things. It’s a new way of living.Plug in as soon as you get out. Get numbers , go to meetings talk to other women fine a support group get a sponsor. It may seem overwhelming at times. Hang in there Have a great day.:blush:
