So it’s been awhile, really sick yesterday. In 5 days I will have 4 yrs. Truly grateful I am to be clean n sober. I remember coming into the rooms of AA/NA I was so broken . I went because I had no choice I had to go so I did. I thought to myself these people are crazy, it’s like a cult. But I kept going and little by little people began to love me til I could learn to love myself. Then I had to learn to listen to other people’s stories and guess what! I had similar issues just as they did. Today I Rock my recovery I go to meetings everyday, I’m of service to my community in AA/NA . I have a sponsor I doing my steps. Today I’ve learned to listen. Make suggestions to those that need it. One day this woman said, I have 5 years and I said to myself I want what she has. Well I’m 5 days I will have 4 years. I will stay focused, work my program to the fullest because I get to not because I have to. That’s the difference. And to those who are reading this “ I love :two_hearts: you” Cindy :kissing_heart:
