So it’s been close to 7 months sober. I recently tore two ligaments in my rotator up and the pain is horrible. So i got meds from the doctor and they literally do nothing for pain. So the devil came knocking again today and told me hey why don’t you do some coke and smoke some weed and all your pain will be gone. And I screwed up and smoked a little for the pain. Well it didn’t help the pain and all it did what set me back to square one. I feel guilty and anxiety is beating me down. This sucks
