So it's nice being sober and clean not spending money on booze or cannabis just having trouble sleeping and all them things going through my head so any suggestions out there how to get better sleep please let me know

         Hi, James! Sleep has always been difficult for me, and more so now that I am sober. My Dr. recommended that I start taking a magnesium supplement an hour or two before I go to bed. It relaxes the body. I can honestly say it seems to be helping.
