So my youngest son turned 3 on July 2nd. And for 3 years, I have believed my ex was his father. During the time of my ex and me, I enjoyed relations with the man I am with today, who is the father to my son who passed. Today I received news that the DNA proved my ex isn’t the father of my 3 year old. I have to tell my fiancé that I believe he is the father and it’s emotional!

So for 3 years you let someone think they were the father when all along you knew it was a 50/50 chance since you were doubling down? I know this is supposed to be a positive attitude place and all but damn that’s kinda crazy. Sorry to have even said anything but I’ve been through something similar and I found out early, shortly after his birth that it was 0% chance of paternity so I know just how cold this feels. Hope the best for all but…damn
